This California Privacy Notice supplements the SleepWeave Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It is intended to provide disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

SleepWeave may collect the categories of personal information listed below. We collect and use this information for the business or commercial purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including order processing, checkout, fulfillment, support, account management, returns/exchanges, fraud prevention, security, analytics, marketing, legal compliance, and business operations.

California residents may use an authorized agent. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly where permitted.
11. Shine the Light

12. Minors
SleepWeave is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
