1. Do Not Sell or Share
SleepWeave does not sell personal information for money. Some analytics, advertising, retargeting, cookies, pixels, or similar technologies may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws.
You may opt out of:
- Sale of personal information.
- Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Targeted advertising.
- Certain profiling where applicable.
2. How to Opt Out
You may submit a request through the contact information listed on the website. Include:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your state of residence.
- The request: “Do Not Sell or Share / Opt Out of Targeted Advertising.”
3. Browser Privacy Signals
Where required by law and technically supported, SleepWeave will treat recognized browser opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out request for the browser or device that sends the signal.
4. Cookies and Tracking
You may also use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect cart, checkout, login, analytics, or personalization features.
5. Marketing Emails
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. Transactional emails about orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, support, security, or account activity may still be sent.
6. Other Privacy Requests
Depending on your state, you may request access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out, limitation of sensitive personal information, or appeal of a denied privacy request.
7. Verification
We do not require unnecessary verification for opt-out requests. We may verify identity for access, deletion, correction, or portability requests.
8. Authorized Agents
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization.
9. Contact
Submit privacy choices or privacy-rights requests through the contact information listed on the website.
