This U.S. State Privacy Notice supplements the SleepWeave Privacy Policy. It applies to residents of U.S. states that provide consumer privacy rights, which may include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states as laws become effective or applicable.
State laws vary. This notice is designed to provide a strong, consistent privacy-rights process even where a specific law may not apply to SleepWeave due to business-size, revenue, data-volume, or other thresholds.
