2. Product Information
SleepWeave makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, colors, sizing, availability, materials, care guidance, and sleep-comfort positioning. Product images, colors, and fit may vary due to screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, photography, and individual use.
SleepWeave products are apparel/comfort products and are not medical devices. We do not promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3. Orders and Acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, hold, or limit orders for reasons including inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, duplicate orders, policy abuse, or operational concerns.
4. Pricing, Promotions, and Errors
Prices, promotions, discounts, bundles, shipping rates, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders where permitted by law.
5. Payment

Shipping costs, estimated delivery timing, and available methods are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. SleepWeave is not responsible for carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, customs delays, or other events outside our control.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by the Refunds & Returns Policy. Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. SleepWeave may require order verification, item condition review, RMA number, tracking, and receipt of returned items before issuing a refund or exchange.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
9. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, messages, feedback, photos, or other content, you grant SleepWeave a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, edit, and distribute that content for store, marketing, support, and operational purposes, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, obscene, discriminatory, or fraudulent content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SleepWeave’s total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
